Comedian Chris Tucker has brought the joy of laughter to millions around the world. This past week, he shared the joy of the holidays with students of Henry County students.
Hundreds of Middle School students in the Atlanta suburb of McDonough and their families—got the surprise of a lifetime on Thursday afternoon. When they showed up to Henry County Middle School, bags of Christmas gifts were waiting for them!
In total, about 300 Henry County families received gifts at the school. This was all thanks to the Rush Hour star’s nonprofit organization—The Chris Tucker Foundation.
The foundations mission is to dedicated making a positive impact in youth and families locally, nationally and internationally through implementing innovative initiatives and funding life-changing programs.
Some of the toys the children received included bicycles, “Star Wars” action figures and scooters, which they started enjoying right on the spot.
“We raise money all year to do things like this, and if anybody needs something we want to help out,” he told WSB-TV in Atlanta. “The little we can do, if that makes them happy, it makes me happ
